Background
Sophie started in digital and technical recruitment in 2008, building deep engineering networks with a particular focus on Python and backend infrastructure.
By 2012, she had moved into startup contracting -- working with early-stage companies like YPlan where speed and precision mattered more than process.
From there, the work evolved into something more foundational: building founding teams and scaling organisations from the inside out. The focus shifted from filling seats to shaping the hiring strategy, culture, and trajectory of high-growth businesses.
