Founding / On-Site Embedded

There is no hiring function yet. You might be a founding team of three with a seed round and a need to build an engineering team from zero. Or you're opening a new office and need someone to own the entire process.

This is hands-on, foundational work -- writing job specs, defining the hiring bar, sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing. Sitting in the office with the founding team, understanding the culture as it forms, and making sure every early hire counts.

Best for pre-seed to Series A companies building teams from the ground up, or established companies launching into new markets or verticals.
